The newly designed 0.7mm ultra-thin blade ensures minimal impact on the product, preserving its structure and quality throughout the cutting process.

Unparalleled precision and consistency

The BC100 is specifically designed for smaller products, featuring a narrower 100mm belt width, which allows for reduced blade size and thickness. While conventional blades range from 1.5 to 2mm, the bc100 utilizes an ultra-thin 0.7mm blade. This ensures less impact on the product and provides even greater accuracy. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an air-cooled motor, eliminating the need for extensive water cooling, making it more sustainable and cost-efficient.

A cost-effective solution with hybrid flexibility
