To further strengthen our Customer Support, we are looking for a person who is the organized type for the role of Service and Spare Parts Coordinator
The Function
As a Service and Spare Parts Coordinator you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating installation, commissioning, break-fixing and maintenance jobs for our Field Service Engineers. To make your role even more dynamic, you will also manage the order process for sales of spare parts and spare part packages. You will work closely with our customers and agents, offering expert advice on our products and ensuring they receive the right support and spare parts to maintain optimal performance.
The Profile
A suitable candidate will have the following background and qualities:
- Based out of our Urk office in the Netherlands.
- Possibility to work from home office for 2 days per week
- A technical education at MBO+ or HBO level in the direction of Mechatronics or a comparable level through work experience.
- Affinity with the fish, poultry and meat processing industry is required
- Customer-oriented and accurate
- A hands-on mentality
- Software savvy
A flexible and stress-resistant attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to incidentally travel abroad
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages are a plus.

Service en Spare Parts Coördinator
De functie
Als Service en Spare Parts Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en coördineren van installatie-, ingebruikname-, reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor onze Field Service Engineers. Om de functie nog interessanter te maken, beheer je ook het proces voor reserveonderdelen en reserveonderdelenpakketten. Je werkt nauw samen met onze agenten en klanten om optimale systeemprestaties en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Organiseren van reisarrangementen en dagelijkse schema's voor onze Field Service Engineers
- Verzamelen en samenstellen van service-rapporten, het volgen van de voortgang en zorgen voor accurate documentatie in het servicemanagementsysteem (OutSmart en Exact)
- Fungeren als tussenpersoon tussen klanten en interne teams, het afhandelen van vragen, updates en service-opvolgingen in verschillende tijdzones
- Actief helpen bij het oplossen van mogelijke verstoringen in de service, vertraagde onderdelen of onvoorziene technische uitdagingen, vaak onder strikte deadlines
- Beheren van het volledige proces van verzending en ontvangst van reserveonderdelen voor klantbestellingen of servicewerkzaamheden
Jouw profiel
De ideale kandidaat beschikt over het volgende profiel:
- Woonachting in de regio’s Flevoland of Noordoostpolder
- Mogelijkheid om 2 dagen per week vanuit huis te werken
- Een technische opleiding op MBO+ of HBO-niveau in de richting van Mechatronica of een vergelijkbaar niveau door werkervaring
- Affiniteit met de vis-, pluimvee- en vleesverwerkende industrie is vereist
- Klantgericht en nauwkeurig
- Handig met software
- Hands-on mentaliteit
- Flexibele en stressbestendige houding
- In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Aanvullende talen zijn een pré
