• Senior Service Engineer

  Wingman to the Director of Service

   

  • Responsible for the after sales service on a regional level. In some cases there might be a need to travel outside the region for installations or a service job.
  • Responsible for in house and local training of new field service engineers from agents and distributors.
  • Responsible for in-house customer service training.
  • Supports sales on creating customized spare parts customer packages.
  • Performs first-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Global Service Engineer

  •     Identifies repair issues both online and on customer's site.

  • Responsible for inventory control of all Borncut parts. Both for machine building and for customer spare parts.
  • Responsible for building spare parts packages.
  • Actively builds and maintains relationships with parts suppliers.
  • Professionalizes parts handling by the use of IT and best in class practices.
  • Handles shipping coordination and customs declarations.
  • Active customer engagement to increase sales of parts and to ensure customer satisfaction.
